I reached out to Britaine’ seeking to have highlights after seeing her work on social media (Instagram and Facebook). She responded to my initial contact immediately and was very professional and prompt. On the day of my appointment she was on time and ready for me when I got there. We clarified what I wanted done before she started and when I saw the end result I was more than in love. She was attentive to my hair and it’s needs.
