I have had to go the Thompson Rd, Well Now, Urgent Care on several occasions. Each time I have been in and out fairly quickly. I had to wait a little longer if I was waiting for lab results, which is totally understandable. I have always gotten into a private room in 15 minutes or less. They accept walk-ins which is nice. The whole staff is so nice. From the receptionist at check-in, to the nurses and doctors. I've had nothing but very positive experiences. It is also very clean! I 100% recommend it!
