Elbert was fantastic to work with. He responded immediately whenever I needed him, talked me through his rates and process, and went above and beyond to accomplish my requests. We were scheduled for an outdoor shoot on what turned out to be a rainy day. Elbert had no problem rescheduling for the following day, when the weather was to be nicer. This incident took up more of his time, but enabled us to capture what we needed in a still-timely manner! The footage was high quality, and he delivered it to me (out of state) the very next day.
