Monica is a really good therapist. She listens very well and is really helpful when it comes to advice. Helped/Helping me get over a lot of past things and learning how to go on with my life. She also has been great with helping me change the way I think about myself and all of the overthinking. I haven’t had her as a therapist for a long time but so far I felt like I’ve been making a whole lot more progress with myself.
