I highly recommend RC Auto for any automotive needs! First impressions were excellent; well maintained building and property, inviting lobby, very clean and organized shop (air-conditioned to boot), the friendliest staff. Chris and the guys were upfront and transparent with us. We had an issue with my Escape for a couple of years that the "dealership" could not and would not investigate nor fix; we were rudely dismissed. RC worked and investigated and found the problem. Chris maintained communication with us about what was wrong and how we would proceed. We are so appreciative of this shop's tenacity.
