Our spring broke just after 5pm on a weekday. We contacted Oregon Dock' N Door who answered immediately (even though the call was outside of their regular business hours) and they offered to come out that night if it was an emergency. We requested an early appointment the following morning which they agreed to without hesitation. They arrived on time and completed the spring replacement efficiently. We were extremely impressed with their excellent customer service and reasonable pricing for the repair. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
