Chilkoot Charlie's Located in the heart of historic Spenard, Chilkoot Charlie's first opened its doors on January 1, 1970 in what had been The Alibi Club. "Koot's," as it is affectionately called by locals, began as a neighborhood watering hole with a live piano bar.

a MUST GO TO spot, this was the most fun bar i've ever been too, it's sooo much bigger inside than i expected, and the vibes were immaculate. a local recommended me going here while i was on vacation and im so glad, everyone that was working was super nice, it was really busy but the drinks were still coming out fast
