Sandi L. Pellikaan, Since 1994, Ms. Pellikaan has practiced criminal defense law. Prior to opening her own practice in 2004, she worked at the Metropolitan Public Defenders for nine years, representing clients in all areas of criminal defense.She assisted in the formation of the Multnomah County community court program for some misdemeanors and worked with the felony drug STOP court. As a senior felony attorney, she trained and mentored newer lawyers in the areas of drug and property crime law and trial skills.
