About Desert Ridge Music Academy
In the planning and design of Desert Ridge Music Academy, the owners based their business ideas to go against two flaws in the traditional lesson experience. First, lessons aren’t always enough. Students need a place to meet and perform with other musicians. Second and equally as important, the lessons need to happen in an environment that favors education over retail sales. With these key ideas in mind, Desert Ridge Music Academy was born. Since opening their doors in 2008, not only have they consistently provided quality lessons for all ages and skill levels, but they also immediately began hosting weekly Jam Sessions, concerts and recitals on their in-house stage. Their one-of-a-kind environment has resulted in students forming their own bands, many of which can boast paying gigs.

We joined in November and it has been great. My daughter wanted to take up Cello so we had to try this place out. It is very organized and well run. The staff is so nice and helpful. My daughter's instructor Nathan is awesome! Truly a nice and professional instructor. My daughter enjoys going to her lessons. The private rooms have large windows so you can see them practice. The lessons are progressive in nature and they even have the opportunity to perform once they are comfortable. This is a great little company that works locally with Milano instruments. A portion of you rental fee goes towards a purchase of the instrument. You can't beat that. The monthly rental is so worth the investment. I can't think of any con for this place.
