Jon Weiner has been representing employees for over twenty years in Oregon's state and federal courts, the Office of Administrative Hearings, the Employment Department and various state agencies. He has argued before the Oregon Court of Appeals and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals; and has petitioned for review in the Oregon Supreme Court and for certiorari in the United States Supreme Court.For 12 years, Jon served as Editor of a national employment law bulletin distributed to hundreds of paid subscribers consisting of employment law firms and law schools throughout the Country.
