About Sakitumi Grill and Sushi Bar
Sakitumi Grill and Sushi Bar made a commitment to bring in only high quality, fresh food. They routinely have fresh tuna overnighted from Hawaii, the only beef product they bring in is Kobe beef for their burger and tenderloin filet for everything else. They also make almost all of their sauces in house, fresh every week. Sushi rice is made daily, and whatever is left at the end of the night is tossed. They believe in the difference quality makes.
