I stumbled on Grusecki Audiology a few years ago when I moved to Arizona from New York. They were the closest to my house. Best stumble that I have ever had. They go so far beyond with everything. Their customer service is beyond fantastic. I was fortunate enough to deal with Dawn but really everyone that I've dealt with there is wonderful. They take the time to explain everything and time has no bearing. I have found them to be compassionate and super knowledgeable. As I said, Best stumble ever!
