Dr Bird and Jamie are the kindest people I have ever met in a healthcare setting Dr Bird is way ahead of the game in figuring out hormone and peptide solutions and absolutely the #1 person I would recommend for anyone going through physical changes in their 40s and 50's (and beyond).
