While walking my dog, I encountered Jake, ASP service employee, who was standing outside of a house with an Eastern box turtle that he had rescued from the client's pool. Rather than ignore the little creature (who was not near livable habitat) and get on with his busy schedule, he showed compassion and concern as we determined the best area in which to safely relocate him. When something like this clearly isn't in his job description, it was so refreshing to see such kindness. I don't have a pool, but if I did, I'd do business with this company because the made a great decision for hiring this bright, young man. Great job, Jake!
