After being turned away from 3 different tech/repair stores, I was eventually recommended to see if That Computer Store could help with my old Cannon camcorder battery issue that I was hoping to use this for my wedding this weekend! Steven helped me figure out what could be causing the issue and how to fix it on my own. He did not even charge me for his time! He then said he may have an old camcorder that I may be able to borrow for my wedding if his ideas do not work. Amazing service and super kind.
