John assisted us on the close of our home with a buyer that was unconventional & difficult to work with. After receiving the normal real estate contract, we received many addendums that were confusing and complicated. The timeline was very limited so I sent an e-mail on Friday after business hours. John responded over the weekend & was able to meet with me the following Monday. He pointed out the risks, gave us advice on how to proceed & re-writes to the existing contract.
