I was in the rehab hospital following a traffic collision. When I arrived, I was lying flat on my back and wearing diapers. Just take a look at the difference 2 weeks later! Kyle, on my left, was a chill and lay back PTA. His manner of getting me to do things was gentle. Cody, on my right, was my OT. His manner was more matter of fact, we're going to get this done. It is interesting that with such different ways of dealing with the patients, they were both so successful in my improvement. I am forever in their debt. My life has changed and they are a contributing factor. The facility is filled with people who truly care about the patients. From the housekeeping staff to the MDs. They are all top notch. With that said, don't look to them for pity when you want to quit, they will help you to get your focus back on the goal of safely going home. Thank you to all of those who helped me along the way. I wear my decorated brace with all of you in mind.
