I'm not from bakersfield but I decided to make the drive instead of going to an ER. My baby had a rash and fever that wouldn't go away. When we arrived, we were greeted right away with kindness. It was very busy but we were told that we could wait in the car and that they would call me to let us know we would be seen. We were there for about 1 hour and 30 mins total, which was quick considering how packed they were and compared to ER waiting times. My son receieved friendly and most importantly accurate care. Every single Healthcare professional was kind and understanding. I would recommend coming here over an ER if optional. Overall, I'm very grateful for the fast, reliable, and caring service!
