I see Madeline De La Cruz and it’s been a tough road for me as I recently moved here and hadn’t been on medication for a while I had to establish care here. It was easy to get an initial appointment, it has been a little difficult to find the right medication due to insurance issues but case management has been a great help also w additional needs. Madeline has been so patient, helpful and just never gave up which I appreciate because it truly has been a tough road. The only downside to this clinic would be the trying to get ahold of someone, when I call to schedule or reschedule I usually get placed on hold every single time for an extended amount of time which is no problem, I get it not every time will there be downtime.
