Highly recommend TMJ sleep therapy . I do not have TMJ but i Clench in my sleep. Clenching has cost me 4 teeth, I clinched so hard it broke my teeth and had to get dental implants which were so expensive. I've tried MANY bite guards , none helped . I was in constant jaw and tooth pain. I found this website at 1am because I couldn't sleep due to my pain. I scheduled an appointment and they got in an appointment so fast. They gave me a temp bite guard which helped right away. I received my custom bite guard and I've been using it every night. I have no more pain and bite guard is extremely comfortable. All staff is professional, and extremely and compassionate .
