I have been here a few times and all were positive. The last visit was exceptional. I went in with my husband in last Sunday as I had been sick for 7 days with a virus causing severe discomfort. We were fortunate enough to be consulted by Paul. His bedside manner was terrific. He listened to her. Talked her through treatment options and reasons for each. Explained what and ER visit could provide that he could not. Sent her prescription off and we were back home with prescription in hand within 45 min. It was great to be listened to, not be dismissive (which sometimes happens at Urgent Cares) and be so thorough. Thank You Paul for what you did. P.S. My husband went in today with the same symptoms and Paul remembered him and was just as professional.
