I recently purchased a Beautyrest Black mattress and a Tempur-pedic smart base. Love the smart base and the mattress! I had issues with the mattress purchased from the outlet but Robert was very responsive and resolved the issue right away. A new mattress will be delivered Friday and I was able to keep the outlet mattress until the exchange. Thank you Robert for excellent customer service!!
