Great thing about CAR MAX, if you find a vehicle in another state and want to test drive it where you are, FOR A FEE, they will ship it to your location. This is what we did. They were super helpful and kept us very informed during the entire process. Once our chosen vehicle arrived at their facility, they performed their 12 point inspection and we were free to test drive. The financing dept was great to deal with and their facility was super clean. They have continued to keep in contact to make sure we are enjoying our purchase.
