Greeted with a smile when I walked in the door. Friendly receptionist and staff. Gentle dentist which was great for me. She took the time and explained what I needed to have done. And what were my options? She didn't mind me asking questions, and she was very patient. Her assistant was pleasant. Also, when returning to the front desk, the receptionist was pleasant in explaining the different options and told me she would inform me on my insurance coverage and everything after she has it written up. Overall, every step of my service was pleasant.
