I was in town on a business trip. Even when on the road I am still sure to practice my faith. I received the recommendation from a colleague, Julie, who is a member, to attend the 10:30am Rosary and 11am Mass. When she learned that I had forgotten my Rosary back home in Iowa, she went out and purchased one for me! It was such an incredibly warm and inviting parish. The music ministry is well…let’s just say I was in tears all of Mass because it was so amazing! Father Albert had a breathtaking homily! After Mass, my Uber driver couldn’t find me because he had gone to the wrong church to pick me up. Olga, a parishioner took the time to take me back to my hotel. Abilene and Sacred Heart and those women in faith left a life long impression on my heart! If I am ever back in Abilene…I know what my Sunday plans are!
