I had an outstanding experience at The Downey Dentist. The entire team made the visit easy, professional, and surprisingly enjoyable for a dental appointment. A huge thank you to Maggie, the dental tech who performed my cleaning. She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and very attentive to detail. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained each step of the process. It was easily one of the best cleanings I’ve had. The front office staff deserves recognition as well. Rayda made scheduling my appointment effortless, and Lily at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and very professional when I arrived. You can also tell the office runs smoothly because of Sonya, the office manager. Everything from check-in, to the appointment, to checkout was organized and efficient.
