I hired Two Knives Catering for my wedding in January and had such a pleasant experience with them! Everyone RAVED about the food during AND after the wedding! Kristi called me personally to discuss the menu and expectations before the wedding, which I really appreciated. She was so flexible and understanding when I had to make some changes to the menu. I also had several guests with food allergies and she took it very seriously, making sure that the guests had both dairy-free and gluten-free options. We ordered the Tuscan Chicken and Beef Tenderloin as entrees, with a couple different veggie and starch options. The scalloped potatoes were by far a crowd favorite!
