I have been working with the Better Night company mostly over the phone and they have been amazing in responding to my questions in starting on a cpap program. Today I went in for a face to face review as I was looking for help with a mask fitting. Justin was a superstar. He took the time to discuss all of the questions I had, on how the equipment worked, cleaning and a few other related topics, adding great tips to get used to the mask. He was really easy to talk to and answered all of my questions so that I understood him. He took care to make sure I got all the information I needed, even scheduling a follow up call to see how it works out. Great customer service, great guy!
