Most amazing restaurant ever. We've been coming for years. Started when Tyson Cole came in frequently and Paul Qui was here. We would drive from Clear Lake City just to eat here. Then an Uchi was opened in Houston so went there but would still always come to the original when in town. Having moved from Houston, it had been 1.5 years since having Uchi. So glad to go again. We enjoyed numerous tastings and some full orders. I didn't bother with pics just savored each bite. The service is outstanding. Our server was David and he was very attentive and did an excellent job of meeting our every need. Our sushi bar server was Jeremy and he was also so helpful and attentive. We sat a the bar for a very short time and the female bartender was kind and allowed us a taste of sake. This entire experience felt so personalized. They know how to make each guest feel like most important person there.
