James Kosareff is a Partner of the Copenbarger law firm and the leader of the estate administration and probate department at the firm. He handles the vast majority of probate and trust administration matters, routinely advising clients and making court appearances on their behalf. He is also heavily involved in the tax and estate planning departments. James represents clients in all of our offices, including Santa Ana, Temecula, and San Jose.

Our meeting with Larry Copenbarger was, as usual, a pleasant experience. Our meeting was for my husband & I to sign the documents updating our Revocable Living Trust. After going over each update to make sure each was as we desired each update was thoroughly explained as to the language used and how we would benefit. We left feeling comfortable with our updated documents.
