Annette and staff were amazing! I came in with a tick on my back. It was my first tick and I was anxious as I could feel the tick pinching my skin and see in the mirror my skin turning red as it tried to embed itself further. Not only did they get me in right away, Annette was calm during removal and removed the tick still alive and got its head out.
