Additionally, since 2007, the Tulare County District Attorney/Public Administrator has contracted with Mr. Sherwood to provide services to the people of Tulare County as the Deputy Public Administrator. He is a member of the Visalia Host Lions Club (Past President), a long time member of the Board of Directors of the Visalia Emergency Aid Council (Past President) and is the former President of the Board of Directors of the Ruth Wood Open Arms House.
