Michael Emmons has been a criminal defense attorney in the state of Colorado for more than 30 years. He was a Deputy State Public Defender in Colorado Springs, Greeley, Trinidad and La Junta before becoming the senior attorney in the Public Defender’s office in Pueblo. He has established a working relationship with judges, clerks and district attorneys throughout southeastern Colorado.
