This was my first appt with the Chen Optometry office within the Fresno Costco North location. BY FAR the most pleasant and efficient eye exam experience I have ever had! Being 72 yrs old and wearing glasses for 32 of those years says a lot! Dr Yamashita and his wonderful assistant (who was super nice and very efficient) were both kind and very personable! The Dr provided new insight into my vision issues with clarity and warmth. I sensed he wanted to ensure I was well educated about my condition and he did so with professionalism; patiently addressing every question I had. Even though my appt was completed in about 25 minutes (that's in and out), I never felt rushed (and this office is a very busy place). I was respected as a client and felt the time spent with Dr Yamashita was important to him too. I highly recommend Chen Optometry!
