About Abby Pet Hospital
Abby Pet Hospital was first established as a low-cost spay and neuter hospital by Dr. Francis Testoni. The location on Abby Street was ideally suited to the expanding Fresno community. His early mission was to provide lower prices for common veterinary procedures in a professional environment.
