I had so many questions, he was patient with me - I did not feel at all like it was a rushed call, he was courteous and polite. Elein was assigned as my paralegal and she is simply amazing. She truly goes above and beyond with her duties. She, as well, never hesitated to be there when I had (more) questions that came up during the process, she understood the stress I felt with having to make this decision, which God knows if I had another option, I would have not taken the route of bankruptcy, but sometimes you have to play the cards your dealt and have faith that in the end, it will all work out!
