Brian Schackow was born and raised in Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida. Brian is admitted to the Florida Bar (2003) and the United States Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. Brian is an active member of the James C. Adkins Inns of Court, the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association, the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division and the Florida Justice Association. He earned the book award for his efforts in Family Law (Fall 2000) and Trial Practice (Spring 2001).

I am so thankful to Teresa at Schackow and Mercadante. they took my case and won the limits of the insurance company of the lady who rear ended me in Hardees parking lot I did not have to go to court the people were very helpful in every way and direct deposited my money with no problems.
