Highly recommend getting your home inspected by Dave! I am a first time homebuyer and was very anxious to find trusted people to help me throughout this lengthy process. My home is new construction and the closing date was constantly being pushed back. There were different delays the builder encountered including minor flooding in the house due to a door being blown open in a storm. Dave was extremely patient with me and showed up when I needed him. He performed a moisture test to ensure no water damage was done by scanning the walls and the floors. The inspection report was thorough and he got it completed and sent to me in less than 24 hours. He assured me that I can always reach out at any time with any questions even a year from now! I can tell he cares about his customers and his quality of work. Extremely kind, professional and wonderful experience overall. 5 stars for sure!!
