The Animal Hospital of Huntington Beach was started in 1978 by Dr. James Diefenbach and became certified by the American Animal Hospital Association as a practice of excellence in 1981. The hospital has served the city of Huntington Beach and surrounding communities of Westminster, Fountain Valley, Seal Beach, Anaheim, Midway City, and Long Beach for over 30 years.

I will forever be grateful to the entire staff at AHHB. I was coming from out of state with my pet. My scheduled boarding fell through with no where to take my pup. I called several vets/boarding with no success in scheduling an appointment or boarding. Long story short, I was able to board my pet as well as all needed medical issues! Other clinics were not even able to see my pet for at least five days. I was able to spend the holidays with my family and my pet was in great hands! Thank you Dr. Holman and the staff.
