About Adventure Playground
Adventure Playground is a unique family-oriented outdoor recreation area located within University Community Park in Irvine, California. Designed to encourage creative play, exploration, and hands-on learning, the playground features activities that are uncommon in traditional parks, including mud play, water features, forts, rafts, ropes, and arts-and-crafts opportunities

Great park for kids if you’re looking for something closer to the natural outdoor plays like we used to have in the past. There is plenty of space to run around, there is a muddy pond/puddle, sand. The big construction blocks are genius — kids get excited and engage fully. The park is free, but there is a sign-up form you need to fill before start.
