I came to Empower Sleep with a borderline risk of sleep apnea. The team and their techniques were excellent in every way. Dr. Stacey Gunn and Sleep Coach Cali Bahrenfuss were absolute rock stars! They had suggestions that I listened to and my borderline case quickly became clearly negative for sleep apnea, which was wonderful as I had no ability to tolerate sleeping with CPAP.
