Sgt. Steve Owen Memorial Park is one of Lancaster’s premier community parks, spanning more than 63 acres and serving as a center for recreation, sports, and community gatherings. The park features softball fields, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, playgrounds, picnic areas, and the Stanley Kleiner Activity Center.

Sgt. Steve Owen Memorial Park is truly a beautiful place for the community. Our family discovered this park while walking near the bus station, and we instantly fell in love with the atmosphere and meaning behind it. The horse monument especially stood out to us, along with the powerful message centered around community, faith, and family. It really gives the park a peaceful and meaningful energy that makes you want to stop, reflect, and appreciate the space. The area feels welcoming, open, and family-oriented — a great place to walk, sit, and enjoy the environment around you. Highly recommend anyone in Lancaster to stop by and experience it for themselves. Such a beautiful part of the community!
