The BEST staff and always flexible to make sure we get our hearing aids in time! Repairs have only taken 1-2 weeks and they also work well with state programs that assist with Deaf/HOH individuals. I have been with them for years and refuse to go anywhere else. The customer service is amazing and I appreciate their understanding of how urgent we need our hearing aids.
