Rosalyn A. Carothers has been practicing law in Louisville and Southern Indiana since 1990. Roz focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and asset protection. She is also an adjunct professor for a course on trusts and estates law at Western New England University School of Law. Roz is a former adjunct faculty member for Oakland City University where she taught a course on business ethics. She served as the Ethics Vice-President for the Financial Planning Association, and as the attorney for the regional board of the March of Dimes.
