When my sweet baby girl went in with a broken leg, I was absolutely heartbroken and worried. Dr. Joseph and his entire staff were truly amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly informative, taking the time to clearly explain all the possible courses of action and what the outcomes could be for each option. That level of transparency and care made such a difficult situation so much easier to navigate. Dr. Joseph treated my dog with such compassion and professionalism, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about her well-being. The staff was kind, patient, and supportive every step of the way. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I’m so grateful for the care they provided during such a tough time.
