We hired Sol Solutions to replace 3 large custom size windows in our home. Greg (the owner) was able to meet with us quickly to talk through what we wanted and then worked with us to get the best windows possible for our needs. He was very up front with us as to the long lead time, and he updated us when we were about a month out without us having to chase him down like we had with a previous experience at Lowe’s. His timing was very close to what he estimated. Greg gave us a date and a window, and the installers showed up just as he said. They were professional, efficient and very clean.
