About Breathe Yoga of Quartz Hill
Breathe Yoga of Quartz Hill was established by Vi Davis in August, 2009 as a place to connect with their community, to bring mindfulness and provide variety of yoga teachings. They teach Flow Style Yoga, a physical practice in which yoga poses, or asanas, are practiced. They are committed to bringing the mental and physical aspects of yoga practice to enlighten and to inspire these qualities to influence their daily lives.

I haven't done a day of Yoga in my life before this. Now I look forward to attending Yoga classes offered at this studio. The flow yoga class on Tuesday and Thursday evenings by Laura is something that I recommend for all levels. Laura is kind and provides modifications to a pose to help people of varying experience. She explains every move in such great detail and also reminds you constantly the importance of breathing. She ends the class with a nice uplifting quote.
