i had the most wonderful massage with Yvonne on Monday. She talked with me quite a bit before we got started and I think that helped her know where to zero in on some areas that needed extra attention, and while that sounds pretty normal, this was not a typical massage. I’ve had plenty of massages in my life and this one was different in the best of ways. Yvonnne stretched me and manipulated me in ways that relieved some lower back and hip/glute pain that I’ve had for quite a while. After the massages I’ve had in the past, I’d leave happy with the massage but I still had the lower back discomfort, not this time! It was such a relief to leave the massage that day feeling so invigorated and hopeful that my body could recover from these issues. Highly recommend!
