I had accidentally disconnected our outdoor unit after weeding the lawn and didn't realize it until the house started heating up! It was a hot 90-degree day, and I'm thankful that AMC sent Pedro E. He came promptly and was courteous and professional. After determining the issue, he reconnected and secured the outdoor unit. Now it's cooling down again! AND, instead of getting upcharged to death, Pedro kindly took a reasonable service charge considering the issue. Thank you, AMC! Highly recommend this company to anyone, especially in cases of emergency!
