There was an issue during the repair, which required more time than they estimated. Things happen, parts ordered, that took some time to get, not the fault of anyone at the service department. I was kept updated on progress throughout by Edwin Chan, my advisor, who is awesome. I am happy they found the issue while doing the checkup provided with my routine oil change.
